Your Host, Shannon Wine

I decided to tackle some questions and classes that from my history in the Christian faith, and my background and experience working with lighting, video and photography, I felt qualified to address.

I know that a lot of these Questions about God and Faith involve some uncertainty; hence, the controversies surrounding many topics of the Bible in the Body of Christ and in Christianity in general.

You will find that I like to look at these questions–and answers–from the lens of  Jesus Christ and the life He lived in the New Testament, and I like to view the Father God and Holy Spirit from that perspective as well. I hope you enjoy the topics and episodes as much as I had making them….

MY PHILOSOPHY / THESES

 

Shannon Wine takes a birds-eye view from over 50 years of living in Christianity to address questions and issues about God and the Bible.

Growing up in a biblical, Christian family, Shannon was introduced to bible topics at a very young age. She has struggled with the common questions that cause some people who believe in Jesus to “deconstruct” their faith and deny belief in God.

Convinced that erroneous conclusions about God have led many to shipwreck, Shannon has tackled some of the difficult questions that continue to buffet Christians and non-believers alike.

Shannon also is an artist and she enjoys many aspects of art… usually in the form of video production, editing or photography. Light, and thus, lighting, has been a subject of study for many years, and she enjoys incorporating different light temperatures, luminosity and angles into her projects.

As a teacher, Shannon Wine utilizes her schooling and work experience to break down lighting basics, camera basics, and shooting, editing & video basics into practical, understandable concepts–so that the student can take these proven methods and create art on the digital platforms in a successful and confident manner.
